Prices

1. Retail Product prices quoted on this site are those ruling at the time of printing and where relevant include VAT at the current rate. In the event of a change in VAT, prices may be adjusted.
2. Prices for Training and Workshops are not inclusive of VAT.
3. The Makeup Box Ltd will make every effort to check the accuracy of prices shown on our website the makeup-box.com and in our order acknowledgment emails, but mistakes can occasionally happen. If we discover a pricing error on your order, we will make all efforts to contact you as soon as possible. You will then have the option to confirm your order at the correct price or to cancel it. If we are not able to contact you, we will cancel your order.

Guarantee

1. All products sold by The Makeup Box Ltd are guaranteed to be quality goods. Should any product you purchase from us prove to be unsatisfactory in use due to defective workmanship or faulty material replace it with an equivalent product (if available), or give you a full refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Delivery

1. With our standard delivery service you should receive your goods within 5 working days. A limited number of products will take longer than 5 working days to be delivered, although these instances are highlighted next to the relevant items on the shopping page. Orders are delivered to the address of the account holder unless an alternative delivery address is specified. If you would like your goods to be sent to a different address please ensure that you complete the 'Delivery Address' section (including full postcode) on your order form, and provide the details to the operator if ordering by telephone or amend the relevant section when ordering via the Internet (please note this does not apply to a new customer's initial order). Postage and packaging will be charged at a fixed rate of £4.99 per order within mainland UK and N. Ireland, £6.00 to the Scottish Offshore Islands and remote parts of the Scottish Mainland £7.50 to the Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Scilly Isles.

Heavy goods will be charged at a heavy good rate and this price for posting and shipping the product will be dependent on its size and weight.

Cancellation Rights

1. Purchases from The Makeup Box Ltd are eligible for a cooling off period and customers are entitled to cancel an order in writing from the date of placing an order and up to 5 working days after receipt of the goods. However, all personalised items are exempt from cancellation, as is fragrances, makeup products where the seal has been broken.
2. Where the price has already been paid in respect of any order cancelled during the cooling off period, we will reimburse to you the full price of such cancelled order (including the price of returning the goods) within 30 days, provided you are not deemed to be at fault if the goods are returned damaged.

Substitutes

1. If we are unable to supply an item, a carefully selected alternative may be sent. If this alternative does not give full satisfaction then return it to us and all costs relating to that item will be refunded.

Customer Satisfaction

1. If you have cause to make a complaint or cancellation about any of our products or services, please contact us or put all the relevant details in an e-mail to Customer Service@themakeupbox.com We undertake to deal with any complaints speedily and sympathetically.
