Kate Middleton, the new duchess of Cambridge looked stunning as she arrived at Westminster Abbey to marry Prince William.
Sarah Burton, the protégée of the late Alexander McQueen, designed Kate Middleton’s wedding dress. The magnificent yet simple wedding dress boasted slender laced sleeves a gentle neckline, with a fabulous yet simple trail that was approximately 2.70 metres long.
Kate Middleton’s wedding hairstyle was fashioned by the legendary James Price who has cut her hair since she was twenty. Like the wedding dress Kate kept her hair makeup simple and natural. Her hair was half up and half down, and it held the veil in place with a tiara loaned to her by the Queen.
Kate Middleton kept her makeup true to the Middleton look, poised for perfection. Her well defined eyebrows and bold smoky silver–grey eyeshadow was subtly highlighted with a soft creamy-white highlighter, and a strong eyeliner on her upper and lower eyelids, sported by beautifully, long dark eyelashes. Her wedding makeup was completed with a soft natural cheek colour to match her pink- peach coloured lipstick.

1. Hide any minor blemishes with a concealor a shade lighter than your foundation.
2. Wear a light foundation or tinted moisturizer.
3. To create Kate Middleton's eyebrow shape use a brown-black eyebrow pencil, ensuring that the widest part of the eyebrow arch is from the inner brow and taper the defined eyebrow arch to the outer eye.
4. For the eyes apply and silver-gray eyeshadow along the inner eyelid with a subtle touch of brown eye shadow on the outer lid to give the eyes depth. Finish with a creamy white highlighter to accentuate the eye brow.
5. Use a waterproof eyeliner. apply from the upper inner lid to to the outer corner of the eye. Repeat on the lower eye. Finish with a black -brown waterproof mascara.
6. Apply a soft pink-peach blusher along the cheek bone.
7. For the lips a natural pink- peach lipstick and matching lip gloss.
