Beneath the Skin

Beneath the Skin

Makeup is like a second skin, often worn to hide a multitude of skin problems such as acne, rosacea, scars, and burns. One can even trick the signs of aging with highlights and shading or conceal dark shadows beneath the eyes.

These days many of us are looking to alternative ways to keep our youthful looks, which goes way beyond a makeup brush or makeup products that promise to reduce years when applied.

Nowadays more drastic measures are being taken to maintain our youth in an ever-growing image conscious world. Your face is like an artist’s palette, beautiful skin is often a result of good genes, a healthy diet, exercise, not smoking and reducing our exposure to the sun.

It seems that the range of cosmetic non-surgical skin care offered to men and women of any age is increasing all the time, currently they include short term fixes such as:

Ski Tightening is achieved by using a machine which creates accent radiofrequency current which is the latest technology for treating face to improve the appearance of the skin, especially around the eye area. A completely non painful experience that feels similar to a ‘hot stone massage”.

Derma Fillers are a non-surgical rejuvenation. Dema fillers are injected implants that are soft, safe and immediately effective. Often used to plump out the skin for facial contouring, including the lips and line removal around the mouth. It feels and looks natural and often last for up to eighteen months.

Chemical Peels are used on the face to remove blotchy skin, brown spots and freckles. Chemical Peels work to remove the damaged outer layers of the skin to bring a new layer of healthier skin to the surface, resulting in a more uniform complexion, also stimulates the growth of new cells, thereby pluming out the face.

Derma roller is a method of natural skin regeneration and scar repair, such as acnes cars, wrinkles and blemishes. This involves advanced skin-micro-surgical needling, a procedure that stimulates the skin to regenerate and to repair itself naturally, creating smoother, healthier looking skin.
