Q: I have purchased a Picture Link, Hub Portfolio Hub Portlet, how long is the contract for?
A: All contracts are for one (1) year of internet hosting. .
Q: Can I add external web links to my Hub Portlet?
A: Yes, external web links may be added to your Hub Portlet
Q: How do I make payments?
A: Payment is made by an annual membership subscription scheme, payable online by PayPal or Worldpay and by mail with cheques or money orders. Cheques / money orders made payable to ‘The Makeup Box Ltd’ and mailed to ‘55 Worthing Road, Horsham, West Sussex’ RH12 1TD. Content will not be visible online until your cheque has cleared.
Q: How do I upload my photos and information?
A: We provide a step-by-step easy to follow guide to upload the relevant information for Picture Links, Hub Portfolios and Hub Portlets.
Q: Can you upload my pictures and content for me?
A: If you feel intimidated by computers, we can upload your pictures and text for you, however there is an additional charge for this service, please the Makeup Hub price list.. Please send your information on a CD-ROM via registered post to The Makeup Box Ltd, 55 Worthing Road, Horsham, West Sussex, RH12 1TD
Q: Will you return my photos?
A: If you want your pictures to be returned a self addressed envelope should be submitted along with your pictures. All cost associated with the return of any material is the responsibility of the client.
Q: What is the refund policy?
A: There are no refunds once your ‘Hub Portfolio’ or ‘Hub Website’ has been posted.
